Why can't my home look like this?

What *should* be the laundry room.

...but isn't, because the privatization people are doucheoff jerkbags and took out all the washers and dryers in housing! So we have a room with shelves and hookups, but no washer and dryer. I know I've complained about this before, but ARGH.

So anyhow, instead it's got some bins of other stuff (like my size 8-12 "skinny clothes"), but mostly Chris's TA-50 (his military gear).




Once/if we get a washer and dryer, that stuff is supposed to fit in that big hall closet with all the shelves. In the meantime, I'm setting stuff in there that we plan to sell at garage sale once it's warm enough to have one.

My work room/office.

It's a mess. Too much stuff, not enough space! But you can see the beginnings of organization...

Birthday and Christmas cards. Some are from last year. :)

The most important space: the desk and the computer. I can't wait until we have wired internet instead of just wireless, then I'll be able to use my desktop again!

Yarn, yarn, and more yarn. And books and all manner of stuff in the closet. Mostly books. ;P

If I could move everything out of the room and start fresh, things would look a lot better. I'll probably do just that in the spring when we can park the car in the driveway instead of in the garage.
